Terms of Use

DRAFT. Standard website terms for TGITION. Have counsel review them before launch. Last updated 6 October 2026.

These terms apply to the public website at tgition.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who we are

The site is operated by TGITION, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Contact: victoria@tgition.com.

What this site is

The site is an informational catalogue and inquiry channel for power adapters, inverters, chargers, accessories and OEM/ODM support. It is not a shop. There is no cart, checkout, account or online payment.

Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting the form, clicking Request a Quote or Discuss a Project, or exchanging email or WhatsApp messages does not create a sales contract. Prices, MOQ, lead time, warranty, Incoterms and specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement.

Accuracy of content

We try to keep product and service descriptions current. Sample products, sample client stories, draft FAQ answers and placeholder photos are for layout or planning. They are not offers. Specifications on a live product page still need confirmation for your order.

Your use of the site

You may browse and send a genuine business inquiry. You must not misuse the site (including scraping at a volume that harms the service, uploading malware, or sending false inquiries). Uploaded files must be yours to send and limited to the types and size stated on the form.

Intellectual property

The TGITION name, logo, site design and original text are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own catalogue or website without written permission. You keep ownership of files you upload; you grant us a limited licence to use them to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

Third-party links

WhatsApp and any future social links send you to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy rules apply there.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of the public pages.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TGITION is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not rewrite any signed supply contract.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or local rules say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
