Questions buyers ask first

The three questions that come up before a project starts.

What information do you need to size a supply?

Input voltage range at the site, the load’s continuous and peak current, the ambient temperature inside the enclosure, and the duty cycle. With those four we can shortlist a family instead of guessing.

Can you match an existing connector and cord length?

Yes. Send the connector type (or a photo and its dimensions) and the required length; DC, USB-C and AC cords are available in 0.5–3 m runs.

How is consistency between batches checked?

Full-load burn-in and AQL pre-shipment inspection per batch, and the approved golden sample is the reference for both. The process is described on Quality & Manufacturing Support.
