Privacy Policy

DRAFT. Standard website policy for TGITION. Have counsel review it before launch. Last updated 6 October 2026.

This policy explains how TGITION (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use tgition.com and when you send an inquiry.

Who we are

Controller: TGITION, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Email: victoria@tgition.com. WhatsApp: +86 18825877418.

What we collect

From the inquiry form we collect: name, company (optional), country or region, email, WhatsApp or phone (optional), estimated quantity (optional), message, optional files, and hidden context fields (intent, product slug, referring path and page URL).

The server and security tools may also store technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time) needed to run and protect the site.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation or project discussion, keep a record of the request, and send the short confirmation email if that auto-reply is enabled. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the form to send marketing lists.

Legal basis

Where GDPR or similar rules apply, we rely on: (a) steps at your request before a contract (responding to a quote or project inquiry); (b) our legitimate interest in operating a B2B website and preventing abuse; and (c) consent, where you submit optional files or optional contact details.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then for a reasonable archive period for accounting, legal claims and quality review, unless a longer retention is required by law. You may ask us to delete a record where the law allows.

Who we share it with

Staff who handle inquiries can read submissions. Hosting, email delivery and the form plugins (Contact Form 7 and Flamingo on WordPress) process data on our behalf. Files attached to an inquiry are sent with the notification email; they are not treated as a long-term file store. We share data with manufacturing or logistics partners only when needed to evaluate or fulfil your request.

International transfers

TGITION is based in China. If you write to us from another country, your data is transferred to China to process the inquiry. Where a transfer tool is required (for example the EU), we will use the mechanism that applies to the hosting and email setup in production.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies that WordPress needs to run (for example a session cookie if you log in to wp-admin). We do not load analytics or advertising scripts until that is decided. If a measurement tool is added later, this section will be updated and, where required, a consent control will be shown.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or receive a copy. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email victoria@tgition.com.

Children

The site is for business buyers. We do not seek data from children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the latest draft revision.
