TGITION works with manufacturing partners across the Pearl River Delta; our role is to hold the specification, supervise production and answer for the result. That is what keeps a golden sample and a shipment the same thing.

What we supervise

  • Production follow-up from sample sign-off through to shipment.
  • In-line electrical testing and 100% full-load burn-in for every unit.
  • Pre-shipment inspection to agreed AQL levels, with records kept per batch.
  • Issue handling after delivery, traced back to the production batch.

Quality gates

Every project runs through the same gates: incoming component checks, first-piece confirmation, in-process testing, burn-in and outgoing inspection. The Quality & Manufacturing Support page explains each step, and certifications and compliance covers the documents that come with it.
