    What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Baseline MOQ is typically 500–1,000 units per model across standard power adapters, inverters, and chargers. Lower volume thresholds for initial pilot trials and sample evaluations are supported upon technical review.

    What are typical lead times?

    Engineering and functional samples require approximately 3–5 working days. Volume mass production typically spans 25–35 calendar days following formal sample sign-off and deposit receipt, subject to component lead times and tooling complexity.

    Can we order samples first?

    Yes. Prototyping and sample sign-off are mandatory milestones prior to mass production. Sample costs, quantities, and evaluation test intervals are confirmed in writing based on your customization scope.

    What payment terms do you accept?

    Standard industrial terms are T/T: 30% deposit upon formal order confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance paid prior to dispatch following inspection. Irrevocable L/C at sight can be negotiated for enterprise volume contracts.

    How does an OEM/ODM project usually run?

    Our standard roadmap spans six disciplined phases: 1. Requirements Assessment; 2. Engineering Solution Proposal; 3. Prototype Sampling; 4. Physical Sign-Off; 5. Controlled Mass Production; 6. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Delivery.

    Which certifications can TGITION products carry?

    Depending on model topology and destination geography, units are engineered to comply with CE, ETL, UKCA, SAA, RCM, PSE, KC and CCC safety standards, alongside full RoHS and REACH environmental compliance. Full accreditation reports are shared upon request.

    What warranty do you provide?

    We offer a standard 12 to 24-month manufacturer warranty based on the product series, continuous-load duty cycle, and signed supply agreement. Defect resolutions and RMA procedures are detailed in the commercial agreement.

    How do shipping and Incoterms work?

    We accommodate EXW, FOB Shenzhen, and CIF conventions. Ocean freight, air cargo, and dedicated courier express logistics can be coordinated based on your preferred port of entry and designated freight forwarder.
